I have a few theories about why, for the second month in a row, "The Best Sad Song" is the most popular post on this site, garnering 602 individual page views. Those theories are:
1. It's because Obama wasn't sworn in until January 20, and laid low before that. Without that sunny smile and hopeful eyes, people were left miserable. I bet next month, The Best Happy Song will top the list.
2. Brigitte Marquardt has this site bookmarked, and is using that song to get over her heartbreak.
My money's on the second one.
