Jagatguru Kripaluji Maharaj: 1 of 5 people in 5,000 years to...

...be proclaimed a divine personality with mastery over scriptures, destined to lead spiritual revolutions?

So this morning I was reading about Jagatguru Kripaluji Maharaj, who is one of those five people, and while I'm certainly no expert (YET), I can pass this on:  apparently, the Jagadguru tradition is a spiritual tradition going back 5,000 years.  Over that time, five people have been named "jagaguru," or a spiritual master, and the latest one is Jagatguru Kripaluji Maharaj, who was born in 1922 and has been helping people ever since, leading a spiritual revolution in the 1940s and 1950s, culminating in his being named a Jagatguru by 500 scholars when he lectured them for 10 days in 1957.

Today, Jagatguru Kripaluji Maharaj continues to lecture and teach millions around the world, hoping to inspire them to find their divine selves and peace; the tradition is one that's both interesting and inspiring and you can click that link to read more about it.

They probably named him just so he'd stop lecturing them. My kids do that kind of thing all the time.
